Admission to the degree course is open to those who have passed the second year Pre – University examination of the Pre – University Education Department, Karnataka or an examination approved by Mangalore University as being equivalent to it.
Application forms are available at the college office. Duly filled in application forms should be registered at the college office within the prescribed date. Incomplete application forms will not be considered for admission. Mere registration of application form is no guarantee of selection or admission.
Duly filled application for admission to the college should reach the principal by first week of June. True copies of certificates should be enclosed with the application.
The selected candidates should produce the following original certificates at the time of interview. a) S.S.L.C. Marks Card (b) PUC Marks Card (c) Conduct Certificate (d) Study certificate from the P.U. College ( as a proof of being a regular student) (e) Transfer Certificate (f) Migration & Eligibility Certificate for students from other states. (Students who have passed qualifying examination from other states should produce Eligibility certificate issued by Mangalore University)
Selected candidate should join on or before the date prescribed after paying the college fees.
All admissions made are provisional, subject to the approval of the Mangalore University. The candidates are to be accompanied by their parents or guardian (if parents is not alive) at the time of admission. A list of students provisionally admitted will be put on the notice board of the college.
The optional subjects and language II once selected can not be changed under any circumstances.
Each semester of the degree course is taken as separate class for attendance. The students shall make an application for admission to II / III year degree course irrespective of completion of previous year(s).
The college authorities reserve the right to refuse admission to any students at the beginning of each year.
Students are liable to pay the college fees and additional tuition fees as prescribed by the Mangalore University and the Management.
Every students admitted to the college is demand to have accepted to above mentioned rules regarding selection and admission by the very act of submitting his / her application.
